As Amish pole barn builders, CHA Pole Barns builds custom pole barns across Pennsylvania from our home base at 796 Lancaster Pike in Quarryville, in southern Lancaster County. We build pole barn garages, horse barns, farm buildings, commercial buildings, residential buildings and pole barn homes, each sized and finished for your property.
Every building is custom. We build widths up to 80 feet at any length, with sidewalls from 10 to 20 feet tall between the finished floor and the bottom of the trusses. You choose the doors, windows, siding, roofing and other options. To see what drives price, read our pole barn cost guide or price your building with our online quote builder.

Expectancy

In Pennsylvania, your township or borough handles building permits, setbacks and zoning. Check with them before you settle on a design. We are fully insured and can send our insurance certificates to your local building department.
Before our crew arrives, the building area should slope no more than 6 inches from corner to corner, with a level 72 inch apron around the outside of the barn. You also stake out the four corners so the building lands exactly where you want it.
Turnkey projects and minor excavating are available within 50 miles of our Quarryville office, which covers much of Lancaster County and the surrounding area. Farther away, you arrange site preparation with a local contractor before we build. Call (717) 687-6673 to check your address.
CHA is owned by brothers Henry and David Beiler. Henry joined the CHA crew in 2013, David followed as a foreman, and the brothers took over full ownership in 2020. We are a National Frame Building Association member and a BBB Accredited Business. Read more about our team or contact us about your project.
