Yes. We are a fully insured company, and we are happy to provide our insurance certifications to your local Building Department.

The scheduling of your project is the first step. Our timetable varies due to seasonal swings, but we will always work hard to schedule your project as quickly as possible. The next step is the crew building your barn. You can expect a fast, professional, and quite persnickety crew to erect your building more quickly than you ever imagined.

Before we begin constructing your building, the site needs to have a slope no greater than 6” from corner to corner, and for the safety of our crews we ask for a 72” level apron around the perimeter of the barn.

We offer minor excavating within 50 miles of our home office. This service is not included in the basic barn construction price as sites vary widely in how much site preparation is needed.
