About CHA Pole Barns
CHA stands for Complete Home Owners Assistance, and the company is registered as Complete Homeowners Assistance LLC. We are based at 796 Lancaster Pike in Quarryville, in southern Lancaster County, PA.
Brothers Henry and David Beiler own CHA. Henry joined the crew in 2013, David followed as a foreman, and the brothers took over full ownership in 2020. Today we build pole barns, garages, horse barns, farm buildings, commercial buildings and pole barn homes for customers in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey and Virginia.
