Our story began with humble roots, as the owner grew up learning the values of service, honesty, and hard work on the family farm and in the furniture business. After a brief stint in a custom cabinet shop that took a toll on his health, he rediscovered his passion for working outdoors while building pole barns.
In 2004, he founded Complete Homeowner’s Assistance. Henry Beiler came on board in 2013 as an entry-level crew laborer quickly moved to a foreman position in less than a year and was approached with a partnership in 2020. No he and his brother are partners running CHA Construction which continues to be one of the premier pole barn builders in the Mid-Atlantic.

Located in Quarryville PA CHA Construction began simply enough. The Owner grew up assisting his father in the family businesses; truck farming and furniture building. Working hard from dawn to dusk on the farm has a way of teaching a young man a thing or two about service, honesty, and good old fashion hard work. In his early twenties He found himself wanting to expand on his knowledge and experiences so he joined his a friends custom cabinet business. This led him to finding himself stuck inside all day inhaling toxic fumes and a nearly fatal lung disease. He fully recovered through his return to working outside in the fresh country air with a pole barn building crew. He fell in love with constructing pole barns, and in 2004 struck out on his own to start Complete Homeowner’s Assistance. Today, CHA Construction is one of the leading pole barn builders in the Mid-Atlantic region.
