Our journey began with a strong foundation built on values of service, honesty, and hard work—principles rooted in the early days of the original owner’s life on a family farm and in the furniture business.

In 2013, an eager 18-year-old Henry Beiler joined CHA as an entry-level crew laborer. Growing up on a farm, Henry was no stranger to early mornings and long days of hard work, but it was here at CHA where he found his true passion. His natural curiosity and determination to learn every aspect of the trade set him apart from the start. Henry approached each task with enthusiasm and a desire to excel. His dedication didn’t go unnoticed, and it wasn’t long before Henry was climbing the ranks, mastering the intricacies of pole barn construction.

Not long after, his brother David decided to join the CHA family. With previous experience in pole barn building, David brought expertise to the table. As a foreman, David quickly became a leader on the job site, not only guiding the crew with his extensive knowledge, but was also inspiring.

In 2020, when the opportunity for full ownership arose, Henry and David embraced it wholeheartedly. Now, as partners, they are continuing the legacy of CHA Pole Barns while infusing it with their unique blend of experience, innovation, and dedication. Today, CHA Pole Barns stands as one of the premier pole barn builders in the Mid-Atlantic, driven by the Beiler brothers’ unwavering commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
